Daily Life
Ms. Catherine lives in a Ch’ol village called Miraflor, Municipality of Salto de Agua, Chiapas. She pats out by tortillas by hand, use a wood stove to cook her food. To wash her corn she uses a basket. She uses a hand-mill for grinding corn to make tortillas and pozol.
We also see brooms, seats which villagers construct, and the way men work using horses.
