Djowalidj Newsletter

As part of the Photo Me Derby project the Djowalidj Newsletter was established by Jalaris Aboriginal Corporation. It used a visual format to tell stories about events and people around the Derby community, and was distributed as a paper newsletter through Jalaris networks. Small captions of text were included with the photo stories, and in one edition the text was also in Baardi, one of the Aboriginal languages spoken by people from Jalaris Aboriginal Corporation.
